ORO ATUA: Puoro Maori sound healing journey – An Indigenous Maori sound healing experience ( Group events and individual sessions)
Taonga Puoro – Traditional Maori musical instruments reflect the sound of our natural environment from the mountains, rivers, land to the sea. Our ancestors used these instruments in days gone by as tools to heal and promote a healthy body, mind and spirit. Taonga Puoro holds the vibration of the natural world and when played this vibration resonates within us and helps to reconnect to the intelligence and power of nature.
Experience Jeromes collection of around 40 unique and rare Maori musical instruments from the Nguru- Whales tooth nose flute to the Porutu Pounamu- Greenstone long flute.The Koauau Toroa , albatross wing bone flute to the unique Putorino a cocoon shaped trumpet flute made from the mighty totara tree. These beautiful sounds allow for a journey into self, by creating a safe and nurturing space . In a fast paced busy world Oro Atua gives us an opportunity for reflection and self healing through vibrational power of natures sound.

REIKI TWO WORKSHOP

This level is more extensive in its usage. It allows the practitioner to access more energy in shorter periods of time, and send Reiki at a distance.
- It increases intuition, in turn, launching your spiritual path to new heights.
- One attunement, this attunes you to receive the three symbols, that form the basis of the second level. Performed by an Accredited Usui Reiki Master / Teacher
- The 1st symbol is for empowering.
- The 2nd symbol is for harmonizing and protecting.
- The 3rd symbol is for connection.
- With this new energy your intuition expands and the energy flows with more intensity.
- You will learn how to give distance healing and use your new symbols to protect and clear houses and space.
- These symbols are powerful and have plenty of options for application, these applications will be shared with you during the workshop.
- You will have plenty of hands on practice time to help resonate with all the new symbols.
- This Level of Reiki allows for more understanding of the use of the life-force energy and spiritual guides, leaving you feeling more confident in your abilities to heal yourself and others.
- Upon completion of all aspects a certificate is awarded.
- A full manual with all the information shared will be yours.
Prerequisite: Must have Reiki 1 attunement.

SEICHIM REIKI WORKSHOP

Seichim (saysheem) comes from the Egyptian word Sekhem (Sehkhem) that translated into English means “The Power of Powers”. It is another dimension of the Reiki Love. Adding the Seichim with Usui Reiki, together you have a powerful force for good to share with the world, a beautiful way to connect more with your true self, your heart and soul. You will learn how to change the dimensions of a room and raise the vibration. This beautiful feminine energy brought through by the Goddesses Sekmet and Quan Yin is really powerful and aids you to connect with your intuition and inner guidance on a far deeper level. The symbols shared have many applications and really enhance the healing experience for you and your clients. Its the next step in the spiritual evolution on the Reiki Path. Seichim was rediscovered in the early 1980’s by an American Reiki Master/Teacher, Patrick Zeigler. Seichim is a divine feminine energy often accompanied by the Goddess Sekhmet and Chinese equivalent Kuan Yin. Prerequisite: Must be attuned to Usui Reiki level 1 & 2. REIKI ONE
First Level (Opening)

This is the foundations of Reiki training. The beginning of a journey of self discovery and re-connection to the energy field that exists within everything.
- You will learn the basic definitions and principals of Reiki.
- We cover practical and theory that is simple and safe for everyone.
- You will learn the history, benefits and uses, along with the science behind Reiki and much more.
- Covering how to treat yourself and others in a clinic situation.
- There are 4 attunements given to each person to activate the Reiki permanently by an Accredited Reiki Master.
- Its very interactive in a non formal environment.
- Your energy will be opened to receiving the direct energy flow from the universal energy, so you can become a clear channel and feel the energy for yourself.
- There will be plenty of practice time where you will be giving and receiving universal energy healing to each other.
- Upon completion of all aspects a certificate is awarded.
- A full manual with all the information shared will be yours.
We complete the Reiki Association requirement of 12 hours by incorporating 2 x meditation group sessions or if you are an interstate student we can do a practical application of the Reiki session then a Skype session to follow with Natalie.
Prerequisite: None! Suitable for adults and children.

Pre-natal Yoga promotes relaxation and stress management, improves general fitness, increases strength, flexibility and agility.
Pranayama (breathing techniques) are used extensively in each class, increasing mum’s levels of ‘life force energy’ and thus transferring high quality oxygen supplies to baby. High levels of prana in the womb help the baby establish their own source of energy.
